What brought you to the area?
My family moved to Moorhead for my father’s work.
If you had to narrow it down to just one thing, what do you like best about Fargo-Moorhead?
Sense of community and small-town values the city creates.
What amenities in the community do you, your family and/or employees most appreciate?
The great sporting events, concert venues and recreation areas.
Is your business’ culture important? Why or why not?
Absolutely. We strive daily to develop a positive culture and sense of ownership with the work we all do.
What are some unique benefits/incentives you offer employees?
We have a referral program for any team member who refers a buyer for our homes.
How does your business’ culture affect your customers?
We place a high priority to meet the needs of each individual client and to serve them well. We created a new office space and set up a design studio to make our clients’ process more convenient and exciting as they are planning their future home.

Our team is extremely innovative and energetic with the work they do and have a passion to drive our company forward.

We provide creative options and premium finishes at affordable prices for our clients.

What challenges does your business face in creating culture and livability for its employees?
The constant growth and changing dynamics as we continually grow our company.
What’s one thing you think would make Fargo-Moorhead more livable?
The city has done a great job of developing residential areas around great amenities, shopping and parks. We would like to see continued accessibility to amenities through walking and bike paths.

What does an ideal Saturday look like?
Spending time at the lake or traveling to the sunshine.
